New Retail in Prosper?

Does anyone know the businesses coming to town? I've heard rumors, or seen on developer's websites on the web that the following were building or planning to build here in P-town:

Target @ 380 and Custer
Kohl's @ 380 and Custer

Bass Pro @ Tollway and 380

Mall on Frisco side of Tollway and 380

Grocery store behind CVS on Preston

A "Curves"- like small gym, except Co-ed, next to the carwash on Preston

Does anyone know about anything else, or can anyone confirm or debunk any of the businesses I've posted above?

i've heard the same thing since the beginning of the year. unless the city has decided to give tax breaks, i'll wait for snow blizzard to come in. I know that will happen first...

where did you hear about a bass pro shops????? i know one of the store managers and could ask him about that.

I heard about Bass Pro landing at the 380/Tollway intersection from a friend who heard from someone else. I've talked to other people (who don't know my friend) that have said they've heard the same thing as well, so if it's not true, someone did a good job creating the rumor.

one of my customers in Crossroads heard that the Bass Pro shop is suppose to be in the city of crossroads. in the same side where walmart is being built. On 380, heading towards denton. i told him to confirm, if possible.

Anyone know what's going in to that new strip center across from the High School?

What about the strip center south of Preston and Prosper Trl, next to the carwash?

Also, I heard that a pizza place is coming up here - not a big chain, but a local place. I believe it's the same pizza place as the one on the SE corner of El Dorado and 423 in Frisco.

Anyone know of any other retail/restaurants headed this way? I'd love it if there was somewhere that had a decent bar & happy hour. Not that I don't like Ernestos - I was thinking more of a sports bar type of setting.

I was at the chamber today and the EDC was there giving an overview. Basically it consisted of Kohls, Kohls and more Kohls.
